Typically, these sessions involve 2-6 goalkeepers, although group sizes may fluctuate depending on the session's focus. Sometimes, we expand the groups to cater to specific topics we're addressing at the time. Our training venues could vary throughout the year as well as our training times, but this will be communicated well in advance.

Each session focuses on a core technical or tactical aspect of goalkeeping—such as dealing with crosses, cutbacks, shot-stopping, and 1v1 situations—while always integrating the three key pillars of goalkeeper development: execution, perception, and decision-making.
