TLGK Policies

Weather + ground closures

  • Sessions will run in the rain where safe

  • If weather/field conditions are unsafe, or Olympic FC closes the fields, the session will be cancelled.

  • Cancellations will be communicated via text + email at 2 pm for afternoon sessions on the day of the session and 6 pm the night before for morning sessions.

  • Cancelled sessions will be credited back to package holders, and casual sessions can receive a credit for a future session or request a refund.

Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: You’ll receive a session credit (for packs) or a credit voucher (for casual bookings) to use on a future session (subject to availability).

  • Within 24 hours’ notice/no-show: The session is forfeited (no credit), as the spot cannot be filled at short notice.

  • Genuine emergencies: In exceptional circumstances credits may be provided at TLGK discretion.

Session Packages
  • Packs are valid for the advertised TLGK group sessions at Olympic FC.

  • Pack sessions are non-refundable once started.

  • Packs are intended to be used within the Term block. If you have an unavoidable reason you can’t use a session, please reach out early and we’ll do our best to help.

  • Credits from:

    • cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice, or

    • sessions cancelled by TLGK will be applied to your pack balance.

Refunds

  • Change of mind refunds are not available once a session or pack has been purchased, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • If you accidentally book the wrong session/time, please contact TLGK as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to move your booking to another session subject to capacity.

  • If TLGK cancels a session:

  • Packs: a session credit will be applied automatically, and/or a make-up session may be offered.

  • Casual bookings: you can choose a credit for a future session or request a refund to the original payment method (refund requests must be made within 7 days).

Safety & Medical

  • By booking, you confirm the goalkeeper is medically fit to participate.

  • You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or support needs at the time of booking.

  • The coach may modify activities to manage safety, however TLGK is not a medical service.

  • If a goalkeeper cannot safely participate on the day, TLGK may pause their involvement for that session and/or recommend modified participation.
